Our services include people operations advisory, fractional people leadership, employment and contractor framework development, and related HR support. We operate from Kampala, Uganda, and serve clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Our services are delivered through structured engagements that are scoped and agreed upon with each client individually. These may include:

• Foundation engagements for employment frameworks, contracts, onboarding, and policy development.
• Fractional People Lead services providing ongoing people operations leadership.
• Global Contractor Desk services for distributed teams managing contractors across borders.

The specific scope, duration, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement between Keystone Talent and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.

3. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• Respond to reasonable requests for information and access necessary to deliver our services.
• Review and implement recommendations and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any data shared with us, including employee or contractor data, is shared in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Keystone Talent treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except where required to deliver our services (with your knowledge), where required by law, or where you have provided explicit consent. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. While we exercise professional care and judgment in all engagements, Keystone Talent does not guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for:

• Decisions made by clients based on our recommendations.
• Losses arising from actions taken or not taken by the client.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Keystone Talent does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
